Darcy, a bisexual woman, is divorcing her husband. Her close friends arrive at her parents’ lakeside house, ready to see her through this major life development. However, everyone is distracted by their own dramas, relationships, and personal milestones. Plus, Darcy’s ex-lover, Dax, is about to arrive.
Tara Thorne (she/her) is a recovering journalist in Halifax. She spent 19 years on staff at The Coast, 15 at CBC Radio in three Maritime cities, and since the fall of 2020 has been hosting Nova Scotia’s premiere arts and culture podcast, The Tideline. Tara coordinates the Halifax Independent Filmmakers Festival and is a programmer for the Lunenburg Doc Fest.
