Since childhood, George Pedrosa dreamed about working with cinema, but he didn't find many opportunities in Maranhão until 2016 when Escola de Cinema do Maranhãowas was founded. Thanks to the Film School, George created professional ties with people who are partners until today and together produced several audiovisual projects linked to the LGBTQIA+ theme. It includes movies, video clips, and cinema festivals such as Quelly, an international LGBTQIA+ festival.
