In 2009, Alexis Taillant directed his first documentary, VIRAGES, produced by Le Miroir and broadcast on France Televisions in France. The film follows six road accident victims and tells the story of the metamorphosis of their lives. In 2015, he directed the documentary STENDHAL’S VERTIGO, co-produced with Italy and Belgium and broadcast on RTBF, France Televisions, RSI, and RTS. The film presents the Stendhal syndrome, a strange art-related disease. IF I DIE, IT’LL BE OF JOY is his third documentary.
